- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm a college educated person. I've seen both sides of clinics like this and this is by and large one of the worst. If you need to sit in a group and cry about how you don't get out and the price of milk went up, this would be fine. Otherwise I hope you find a better place than this. If you have any real life problems, major depression or mood issues, or anything to talk about that wouldn't get a PG-13 to G rating. Go else where. They will only tell you to take more walks, and do arts and crafts, which while very nice is incredibly ignorant to believe that's what's going to cure a mental illness. I literally watched someone complain week after week about an abusive relationship and heard all clinicians respond to that with things like "try mindful meditation...can you go for more walks..." Literally! This person was crying and struggling with major depression and abuse and that's the response. Sickening. That's not even the worst of it. All of your info will be available to everyone in the office including secretaries and other clients who just happen to be listening or near the front desk. That's still not even the worst.
